ETHAN'S REPORT ON BEETHOVEN

Report Excerpt:

If I could interview Ludwig Van Beethoven, I would ask him many questions. The most important question to me is how Beethoven could compose music even though he was deaf. I would like to know how Beethoven could write music when he couldn’t hear it. I believe Beethoven must have had a great memory to write music he could not hear. Beethoven is my favorite composer because I think his music is very exciting and intense. Beethoven’s music, especially the music he wrote after he became deaf, is incredible. One of the reasons Beethoven is my favorite composer is because he did not let his disability stop him from making great music.
