LAUREN'S REPORT ON VIVALDI

Report Excerpt:

Vivaldi is my favorite composer because I love his music. Vivaldi’s father was a barber and a professional violinist. His father taught him how to play the violin when he was a boy. They played together all over Venice. Vivaldi was the oldest child. He had eight brothers and sisters.

Favorite Piece of Music:

My favorite piece of Vivaldi’s music is “The Four Seasons, Spring.” It reminds me of a spring day. I imagine that I can see the birds. I can see the animals happy that it is spring. My mom has played his music for me since I was born. Every night I go to bed, I listen to “The Four Seasons.” It helps me go to sleep at night.
